EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The Movement Source offers classes in creative movement, ballet, modern, jazz and hip hop. Courses are currently offered as supplemental programs at private schools in the Phoenix Metro area whose curriculums rarely include dance. The Movement Source is available to conduct residencies for any organization wishing to expand their movement options including community colleges, public and private schools, youth and adult outreach programs.

**As part of our commitment to bringing dance to our community, we offer ongoing weekly Open Company Class on Mondays from 6:30-7:30  @Dance Theater West, 40th St and Indian School in Phoenix.  $10 donation/class.  Check our facebook page for guest artists! ***  

OUTREACH EVENTS

The Movement Source welcomes visitors to participate in company class at Dance Theatre West on Monday evenings, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. during the season (September – May). We also hold a number of master classes taught by guest artists throughout the season, please call (602) 956-3589 for details.

The Movement Source collaborates with local arts organizations and arts advocates to produce multi-media dance events whose purpose is to expand the audience for dance in Arizona.
